[TowerTalk] Fw: [SteppIR] Real Problem for Antenna Exper ts

My gripe is that I think a summary statement of the solution should have 
been early in the post. It was not.  The "jewel"- in this case the fact 
that the Orion was set up wrong- was
  hidden near the end, and could easily have been missed, leaving me with 
the impression that the antenna was at fault.
