[TowerTalk] PE Wet Stamp for Trylon

To throw in my 2 cents worth my city of Henderson, NV, required wet
stamp specs to IBC-2000 for 90 MPH wind calcs. I first went to U.S.
Towers but they were unable to comply (They use UBC-97 70 MPH wind
calcs). I then went to Heights Tower Systems (www.heightstowers.com)
who were able to provide the IBC-2000 90 MPH wind calcs and have been
very helpful in my selection of a tower and options.
