[TowerTalk] Crank-up tower

Last Sunday I took possession of a crank-up, tilt-over tower.  It
appears to be a Hy-Gain HG-54HD.  It was originally installed
in the mid-70's.  It's in very good shape and I'd like to erect it
again!

I have searched the Internet for information about it, and found
a site which had a manual listed, but unfortunately, the manual
isn't complete.

Does anyone have an owner's manual they can scan/copy for
me?  I'll happily reimburse the expense.
