It might be worthwhile to talk to a friendly attorney.

Since your tower was there before the incorporation, there might be such a 
thing as "grandfathering".

I'm not a lawyer, so this is not legal advice, just a suggestion.

Tasjian Towers would have the specs you need. They produce what once was the 
TriEx line.
