Someone posted a very nice guide on how to refurbish a
Rohn Thrust Bearing.

I thought I saved it, but apparently not.

Can someone please re-post?

FYI. The post I'm looking for recommends the use of a
baking pan as a work area to keep from having the ball
bearings get all over the place.
