[TowerTalk] Fw: Correct placement and use of Chicago Grips?

K3GM,    I have the same question. I am about to put up 100 feet of Rohn 45. 
I have the equalization plates,
But how do you tighten the first guy wires so you can go on up with the 
tower using the equalizer plates ?
