All,
I purchased a C4 keyer just after Dayton. I mentioned that I needed it for a
dxpedition to CY0X at the end of June.
No problem getting the product, on time, and of course, it worked great.
Most new ventures/turnarounds/successions in mgmt take a few months to sort
out.

One month is too short a time.  Give him at least 3 months to turn things
around.

Has anyone noticed an improvement with this company since Rob's email of
July 3, 2008?  Comments posted on eham and my experience indicate no
improvement.  Anybody have comments?
