[TowerTalk] Identifying Aluminum Tower

I have an older aluminum tower that I would like to use, but not sure of the manufacturer.  Thought it was a Heights, but the leg diameters are different than shown in their current designs.  The 22" wide sections have 1.5" diameter legs and the 18" wide sections are 1.25" in diameter.  Maybe it's an older Heights design ?

Can anyone help ?  I also have a super heavy duty hinge base that looks like it could be used as a fold over with an Acme screw arrangement.
