[TowerTalk] Rohn 45-tilt over

Hi TTers,

I just purchased a Rohn 45 tower with the tilt-over section in it. Getting 6 sections plus the tilt one and a tail twister and some type of tri-bander. It is up as a 50' now, with two more sections never put up. Couple of questions:

1. Does anyone have any copies of their engineering plans, diagrams, directions, etc. for the tilt-over part and assembly? This one's tilt-over section has what might be called a section of heavy steel channel that is connected to the crank, not like the one I saw in an old ad that looked more like a section of 25 as it 'lever'. Saw one like that on ebay recently-not sure which was the stronger method.
This one was put up as a 45' version as bottom section is a tower section set into the concrete, which I'll probably do similar with, with the remaining 6' that will be left after cutting it off. Then end up going to 65'
It currently has one set of heavy guys at the base of the tilt section-if I go full height, will I need to add another set of guys? (I assume so) I'll be putting my TH6dxx on it eventually.

2. The existing tri-bander-anyone know who made a 3 el with 3 separate driven elements, kind of in a fan configuration on maybe a 12' boom? The dir. & ref. are typical trapped elements? 

There is a tail twister rotator also. Person I'm buying it from is daughter of  SK and there isn't any documentation left-she couldn't even tell me what her dad's call sign was:( 

Anyone with any thoughts on tilt-over style towers like this, I'd appreciate them as I only had fixed or crank-ups in the past, but with getting older, I just don't want to climb like I used to, so working closer to the ground will be a lot easier on the knees:)
