[TowerTalk] Resistance in house neutral

I only see about 4 mv between the neutral and my shack ground.  I'm 
suspicious that's maybe *too* low, and could be reflecting a high 
resistance somewhere in my grounding path.  Wouldn't hurt to check it 
out, which I will do.
