[TowerTalk] Long rotor run

[Ed Stallman]

OK thanks everyone , My rotor is getting old so I'll replace the 
Start/Run capacitor with a new one and place it in the junction box 
at the base of the tower .. Something tells me this will do the trick 
, I'll let you know  .
