[TowerTalk] Aluminum tubing slip joints seized

Another setback with this old Telrex 40m dipole... there are slip joints 
that are seized. Using penetrating oil, heating the joint, and using 
vise grips have all failed to extricate the two pieces.

Any other tricks of the trade out there before I go looking for my 
hacksaw???
