[TowerTalk] Force 12 C-3SS to C-4SS: Has anyone done it?

I have a C-3SS that I've had for a long time. It's a great antenna.

A couple of yers ago, I've an EF-140 rotatable dipole that I'd like to
mount on the C-3SS.  I never got around to it then, but now might be the
time.

I have VERY brief directions from Tom Schiller and a copy of the EF-140
instruction manual.

Questions: Is this feasible or worthwhile? Has anyone actually done it, and
with what results?

A mechanical question. What would be the resulting turning radius? The
C-3SS has a 13 foot turning radius.
