Hi Norm!!!

Use No - Oxide on your mechanical grounding connections, above or below
ground, and do not be stingy with it. 

Good to use on all your electrical connections, especially lead acid
batteries. You will never have a problem with any kind of corrosion, and it
keeps moisture from getting to your connections. 

I use it on all my coax connectors as well. It never brakes down from heat
or cold.

Dear Tower Experts,

   I now have the foundation poured for my new tower, and am designing the
grounding system.  The soil here is acidic.  I was wondering what your
experience has been with copper conductors below ground level.  Do they
corrode in a few years?  Do you have a recommendation?
