[TowerTalk] 25G Top for Bearing

A local friend here in the Tampa Bay area is going to finish up his 60ft 
tower this weekend. I just found out this morning that he is going to use 
some sort of home made rotor shelf style plate with holes cut for a TB3 as 
the top.  This is disaster in the making especially since I have some idea 
about what antennas he plans to put above it. Does anyone have one of the 
short top bolt on sections or anything else from the accepted array of 
products to do this job correctly, which they would be willing to part with?
