[TowerTalk] Help with saw blade selection

Cutting the u-bolt in the center is the most efficient and the place 
where a saw or cut off wheel can do the most damage.

Use bolt cutters close to the clamp, from the side.  You can get "a 
better bite" and are unlikely to damage anything else.
