[TowerTalk] FXL-780 hardline connector prep

Gary,

I can't be 100% certain since connectors are "improved" so often but all of
the connectors that I have used have a procedure for installing without the
prep tools.  Some of the brands that I have done were a royal PITA but it
can be done as long as you aren't needing to do it in a production
environment.

Some marketing genius may have decided that if they make the prep tool
mandatory, that will increase sales so YMMV.
