If not doing a large quantity and you have the luxury of having a good 
local machine shop quite possibly they could do what you want. I know 
locally I have a such a shop and they have always enjoyed my business 
since it is different from other things they do (Amateur radio related 
with the shop owner and employees) who always are intrigued with our
