[TowerTalk] Prosistel 61D

Bizarrely, I initially thought I'd bought a PST51 (the 48v one) and later on bought a PST61. It wasn't until I saw the web site of K8RI I realised that it was a 61.

My newer 61 (12v) was bought some 20+ years ago and I can honestly say that I don't recall a suffix of a letter D.

Either way, there's very little support available from the company on rebuilding the main rotator itself. I can't even get hold of a circuit diagram for the controller, one of the 6 here has a fault that has proven hard to pin down.  

To be fair though, there is also a Yaesu G2800 here with a controller fault, and I can't find a diagram for that either...

Some of that really isn't true.  The earlier AC model of the rotator was called just PST61, while the later DC model (with better water
protection) is called the PST61D.  Prosistel clearly describes the two rotators as being different, and points out that the controllers are not compatible with each other.
