Thanks to all that responded. Have all working OK for the moment. Changed the SEND and RECEIVE STRING to what was suggested --- working OK. Found that I had failed to connect the FSK wires to the proper pins on the radio acc'y plug when I did them a few weeks ago. AFSK was working OK. Thanks Jimmy Floyd NQ4U
