[Trlog] How to Select Any Combination of MkV Filters From Within TRLog

G3YXX asked me for some help with sending commands from TRLog to his 
MP.  From the resulting back and forth has evolved a means of selecting, 
from within TR, ANY combination of filters which have been installed for 
any of the MPs, including the MkV and, presumably, the Field version.  
Kind of like a DOS version of K6SE's MPFilters but without the neato MP 
front panel appearance. 

The MkV manual section on CAT commands is riddled with errors.  Thanks 
to AI7W and K6SE for spending the many, many hours to figure out the 
correct command sequences and making them available to the rest of us.

I have sent the text file containing the commands as a separate post to 
the reflector.  It, like this post, is called "How to Select Any 
Combination of MkV Filters From Within TRLog" and should appear as a 
reply to this post.

This arose out of my earlier work on simulating SO2R with TRLog and one 
MkV.  I call it SO1.5R.  I'm still trying to get it out for people to 
use but, just as I think it's ready, there's a new version of TR.  Maybe 
next week!  (So many contests!  So little time!  However, it is very 
close to the top of my list.)
