[Trlog] Idea for NAQP

I'm not understanding the problem here.  If you want do move a mult, you
have to ask before the QSO is over, i.e., when the Enter key is pressed,
otherwise the station is gone.  And, until the Enter key is pressed, the
Mult Needed window is visible.

What am I missing?
