[Trlog] Keyboard command to switch vfos

You need a semi-colon at the end of each command for the Kenwoods. It is 
likely the same for Elecraft.

FR0; = VFO A Rx
FR1; = VFO B Rx
FT0; = VFO A Tx
FT1; = VFO B Tx
