[Trlog] Problem with 6.85

I just found out a small drawback with 6.85 which is not present in
6.82:
The band and mode store in restart.bin does no longer work in 6.85 -
regardless of the last setting before or qso data in log.dat 6.85
starts with 160m and CW (or lowest band configured).
