[Trlog] CQ160 and version 6.93

I just discovered that if rig and TR are in CW mode then there is no delay
but there is the 3 second delay in SSB mode.

Do that help anyone one guess as to what is going on?

I am using smartdrv as suggested and it is running.

In the golden days of TRLog this "slow" stuff would come up
now and then.

Using a DOS field manual I played around with all the commands
and found this to be the best command line for autoexec.bat.

It always fixed anyone's problem. I did have some "experts" take
this command line on but I was always able to defend the settings.
I don't remember what they mean or do now of course.

Sadly I'm now switching to win-test. I have finally seen the way. I
was hoping to be the last one to switch but I see you are still in there,
good luck.
