The winner of the Portable Section was Steve, GW4ALG and the Fixed
section was won in fine style by Don, G3BJ. Congratulations to both!

Sadly the event was poorly supported despite a lot of publicity (Radcom,
Sprat and the internet). Any thoughts on why that might be?
