[UK-CONTEST] AfS (2004) Query

Ref G3KEV, the consensus is that he was messing around and probably started
on serial number 200. I remember this guy from some years ago. During RSGB
1.8MHz contests he would nudge close to top stations and call CQ DX.

Also ref comments about activity, I have checked last years log and can see
at least 20 callsigns who probably weren't on this year.
