[UK-CONTEST] RSGB and deregulation

This is getting a bit like the Blair - Iraq War  garbage on telly.   If you 
want to start a Newsgroup called RSGB and deregulation thats fine with me - 
I thought this was called UK Contest.

Can we take this nonsence elsewhere please!!
