One of the limitations of Cabrillo is that you cannot indicate zero point
QSOs. With the IOTA submission process, however, there is an opportunity at
stage two (when you are directed to a web page) to make special notes -
please use this to indicate any QSOs which should be scored zero points.
That way no one is disadvantaged.
