Apologies to G3SXW and others who I didn't hear calling. I found conditions
very noisy and I had considerable difficulties with many stations. I was
aware many times of stations calling which I just couldn't even get one
letter through the noise.

For the record I was not QRO at least not in the context of UK licence; I
used 100w barefoot from my FT1000MP throughout. I presume Roger meant QRO as
opposed to his 10w. With the noisy conditions and nearly all signals weak
the 10dB between our powers would often be enough to make copy impossible.
