Quite right Andy, though you're forgetting....

All equipment to be homebrew, constructed using nothing more than scrap wood
and rusty nails.  Antennas to be the venerable Joystick VFA buried a minimum
of 40 feet below ground level.

That'll sort the blighters out. ;>)
