[UK-CONTEST] EU Sprint thoughts and rule query

A return from backpacking round Cuba on Thursday followed by half an
hour to spare before the contest start from a 240 mile drive to collect
daughter from uni meant this event was always going to be a struggle. I
was determined to complete my second attempt however and ended up with a
headache and 107 logged contacts, so hopefully will be an improvement on
the first go last autumn.

Conditions seemed poor here in N.Wales and really struggled to initiate
any contacts. Would expect this on 80m (antenna) but 20 and 40 usually
ok - plenty of signals though and mostly good strengths too.

A question about the rules - I recall 3 occasions when I had a qso with
a station already on the frequency but instead of then qsying the other
stn had a 2nd contact before moving, mostly I think through being called
by another. Not going to get excited about this but suppose in theory
these contacts could be classed as invalid? Perhaps 2 stations battling
it out for first place and separated by a couple of points may find it a
bit more of an issue..?

Do like this format though and for someone way down the contesting
skills ladder it is a considerable challenge!
