[UK-CONTEST] Input from G3TBK - 21/28

In a personal email Dave G3TBK asked me to input the following onto the 
reflector.   Dave will be rejoining when he gets his lap-top sorted out.

> I have looked back in my 21/28 Contest logs to the 1970s when one year
