[UK-CONTEST] 160m Contest Activity

Hello Chris,

I haven't taken part in an RSGB 160m Contest in ages, and had no idea there
was any restriction on frequencies. I'm sure I worked/heard several others
in that part of the band apart from ex HFCC-Chairman G3SJJ. Not to worry.
Activity is the main thing, not trivial restrictions.

By the way what happened to the bottom 10kHz (1800-1810) of Grandad's Band
anyway? Has someone chopped it off while I wasn't looking?
