[UK-CONTEST] UBA Contest

If you're using SDU in the UBA Contest, please use V12.13.
It's available now from www.ei5di.com/sd/sdusetup.exe

The UBA.CTY file has been updated to show all "multiplier"
countries as "EU", including the ones that are physically
in other continents.

When you log any "EU" country, SDU displays an analysis for
all possible country multipliers.  When you log an ON station,
you get an ON prefix multiplier analysis.

F4 shows these at any time, and toggles between them.

The Belgian province multiplier analysis is unchanged.
