[UK-CONTEST] Contest exchange stuff

Oh dear, I thought we had finished! Yes, they do know what they they are 
talking about and have confirmed what you have just re-confirmed, Paul.

The suggestion from other people last year when I raised the subject of 
an unnecessary HisCall was that generally it was users of SD, likewise 
this time.

What appears to be happening is that, contrary to what you think should 
happen and have made a Feature of, instead of F6 for the S&P exchange, 
F2 is being used.

All the other programs I am aware of keep Exchange and HisCall separate, 
so for Run you hit Insert which picks up F5 then F2. And for S&P you 
also hit F2.

If this could be separated in SD then I think the problem would be averted.

Like I said I think there is an ergonomics issue here, that people hover 
around the F1 to F5. Like you, I have programmed more F Keys, one even 
with Exchange/TU (F8) to use if I think there CQer would like that, but 
in reality I just don't use it. Which is just the point I am making!
