I'm thinking about renewing the shack operating chair. Has anyone some good tips or pointers on this for long operating periods please?

My chair I have now is a second hand  office swivel chair which is OK but after 8-10 hours becomes quite uncomfortable. I think a really deep cusioned chair would suit me more. 

Any ideas?
