Maybe, but there was no station last night who I would have given a 
597 to. But I can confirm that G3YHV did have modulation and there 
were a couple of little YHV's either side of him - I heard this while 
he was testing before the contest started and was minded to call him 
and tell him (but didn't). That certainly wasn't receiver overload 
(and with a K2, which I assume Chris was also using, you need a 
damned strong signal to do that...).

69 QSOs here last night with 5W into my bit of string. Started at 
over 100 Q/hr in search and pounce but it didn't last... and I think 
conditions went a bit down hill in the last half hour.
