[UK-CONTEST] AFS - and 3570 - 3590

Just a word of caution re. IARU preferred contest segments - the wording
specifically excludes these for "domestic" contests into which category
would come both AFS and CC. That's not intended to stir the pot, just to
caution against misrepresenting the rules and regs.
