[UK-CONTEST] OT Request

Greetings, Knowledgable Contesters

Does anyone know of a Club, within easy [*] travelling distance of
Harrow which runs a Foundation course ?

I ask on behalf of Maurice,  Z21KF who is coming back [after 50 odd
years] to the UK in May - and it seems that he will only be able to
obtain a Temporary Reciprocal when he gets here. [Unless anyone knows
differently, of course] So to keep him on the air, it appears he has
to go through the 'system'.

[*] I say easy as he is 78 and will not have his own transport once
here.
