[UK-CONTEST] Re the shortened callsigns, and License(!)

Hi All,

The use of Licence/license in the phrase "Ofcom licensing page" is a
gerundive which says it is a verbal adjective.

As such Ofcom could well be correct to spell it 'licensing' and not
'licencing'. I will have to ask a few folk who are better at spelling
than I am.
