I entirely agree with Adrian and Les G3VQO.

I too have the same problem with our 2 labradors and was very 
interested to note Adrian's experiences.

That he has made such great efforts to protect his pets says to me 
that he does indeed care about the welfare of his animals - and out in 
the sticks the REALITY is that dogs do get shot for pestering sheep and 
other livestock - FACT!

I too will be trying this method of containment to protect not only my 
dogs but also the welfare (and livelihood) of others because the last 
thing I want is for my 2 energetic healthy labs to be cooped up in a 
pen - now that IS what I would call 
cruelty.

Aside from that thank-you Adrian for the information concerning your 
RF experiences.
