Indeed Colin that is another angle on it. Perhaps the contest committee  
should hold a risk fund to cover clubs lost earnings!
 
Agree that it is only SSB that seems to have clogged the segments. Down  here 
in sunny Brizzle we can happily run on CW and RTTY without too much  "cross 
channel" and our mob have done OK in this years legs on both modes so  far.
 
Fortunately the two clubs I frequent meet every Friday and the fourth  Monday 
so no clash with the CCs.
 
Anyway we've reached the half way point in the sequence so bring on the May  
legs!
