[UK-CONTEST] CW Technology Debate (CW Skimmer)

I have no desire to use CW Skimmer, however there will be some who find 
it enhances
their CW contesting experience.

Providing contest organisers make it clear that CW Skimmer entrants are 
deemed as Assisted,
then I don't have a problem.

I can then continue to compete against other Non-Assisted ops who search 
for their QSOs manually.
