People with key clicks are probably not aware of it. Instead of "599K
001" you could always send "597 001" or "5NK 001". Stations sending
such a report should not be penalised if it is not acknowledged by the
receiving station and stations receiving several such reports should be
penalised. The same applies to splatter from overdriven amplifiers, of
which there was one particular culprit in the last SSB contest.
