Good points David,
The new CC rules do ask for more spotting but as written elsewhere, that has now been left to non-competitors as those competing jealosly hold onto valuable point/multiplier earning contact information when they do come across something juicy. Giving away that information is now tantamount to shooting yourself in the foot.
