The article goes a long way towards explaining why some stations are so 
strong. There should be a separate contest category for stations like 
this which can't be classified as 'amateur'. The 8kW amplifier (!) used 
at 4O3A is only a couple of kW less than the GPO HF point-to-point 
station SWB 8/10 TX's where we once worked produced. I wonder what (if 
anything) the license conditions in Montenegro say about power levels?
