You state "I no longer take part in certain RSGB events" as you imply that
you are limited to 100W.
Only certain "domestic" contests are limited to 100W - as previously stated,
in an attempt to level the playing field. In fact, I don't think that ROPOCO
or the AFS is limited to 100W? I might ask, why not?
We only (might) need additional power when competing with our international
neighbours. In IOTA for example, the limit it whatever the legal limit for
the station location is.
Perhaps I have misunderstood the rules?
