[UK-CONTEST] Contest call secondary locator question

Correct, the answer is no. The special contest call is a Notice of
Variation TO the normal club licence. There is nothing in the NOV that
says you can use GS with the contest call. The only special prefix that
can only be used with special contest calls is GZ or MZ for operations
from Zetland.
