[UK-CONTEST] Contest call secondary locator question

Thanks Dave and Justin for your replies.  I think I may have tracked down
the 'official' reason why we can't use GS7A in CQ WPX.  BR68 Note (w)
indicates that the 'club' secondary locator (S in our case) should be used
when we operate a club call to send greetings messages under BR68 Clause
1(8).  That appears to be the only time we can use the special club
secondary locator letter - so contest operation is obviously
excluded...unless my interpretation is flawed.
